American Art Collector Magazine

In the spring American Art Collector magazine reached out to me about contributing to an article they were working on called “the art of the nude”. I was delighted to share my art and thoughts on the topic. To my surprise they made my painting “Body and Soul” a full page spread in the magazine. It was extra meaningful to me because at the very same time this painting was getting heavily suppressed and removed from Instagram because of the nudity. Even edited versions of it were being flagged. It’s quite demoralizing since that platform is such an important part of an artist’s business. So not only was this Very exciting to be included but also lifted my spirits. It’s always great to work with the lovely people at the magazine. Enjoy the article below.
